Default Hotel Options for QuakeCon 2010

My name is Josh and like some of you I am operatig on a limited budget this summer. For this reason I have created a room block at the full service Holiday Inn Market Center directly across the street from the Hilton Anatole. This hotel is nice! It has a full service restaurant, bar, FREE WI-FI, free parking, pool, fitness center, and complimentary shuttle service anywhere within a five mile radius of the hotel! I have secured rooms at the discounted rate of just $79.00! If you want to make reservations call me at 214-219-3333 and ask for Josh. I will post online booking information when it is available.

You can book your reservations online at http://www.holidayinn.com/marketcenter. Use the group code: QCN

The rate is available from August 12 - 15. If you need rooms outside of these dates call me directly at 214-219-3333.

Josh

Looks like a guy working for the hotel that caught wind of the event. Good on them I say, its a better deal than the Hilton.

If it is legit that is a pretty sweet deal then.

However Jcraft, You may want to make the available dates for the discount to be offeredstart earlier in the week since many people come a couple days in advance. So maybe Aug 10-16 for the discount instead of only during the con. (some people want a day of rest before going home.)

Is the shuttle 24 hours? Will it pick up as well as drop off?

I seriously doubt he is going to respond back in thread thread, might as well give him a call like it states.

And Thor, all places that have offered shuttle services so far are pickup and receive. All you need to do is give them a call. That shuttle service is both cool and it makes them money in the long run.

It's right across the street. You wont need a shuttle (I did this in 2008).

I am excited to see such interest in our offer. I can assure you that this deal is 100% legit. Myself or someone on my staff can answer any additional questions you might have 24 hours a day at 214-219-3333.

Our shuttle service runs from 6am until 10pm every day of the week. I will definitely open this offer up several days prior to and immedietly following this event. We are excited to host you guys in August! Book early as rooms are sure to go quickly. You can always e mail me directly at joshua.craft@prismhotels.com.

Can we book in person with the same rate?
EDIT: Nevermind, Looks like a damned good deal, I just wanna make sure that Quakecon will be at the Anatole first.
