Rules: CEVO - see here.

Server config: CEVO - download readme here if you aren't familiar with it. In short, a tank every round, no extra medkits after the saferoom (pills only), witch does not spawn on first and last maps, and teams play infected/survivor in ABABA order, rather than infected for lower scoring team.

Brackets: Randomly seeded.

Disputes: All players on both teams record a demo and take a screenshot of the end game score. All disputes must be filed within an hour of the match concluding. Disputes will be arbitrated by QuakeCon staff not playing in the tournament.

That's looking good Montag, could we get a paired down version of the rules, maybe a list of links to the specific sections that apply. Really off that whole list only sections 20, 21 and 22 apply I would think.

There are some other differences, for instance shortened dispute times and all matches will be hosted on QuakeCon provided servers. Perhaps you could document the rules that require changing as well?

Yeah, I'll go through it early this week when I get a few minutes here, put up a link to it in the first post.
